Each consultant creates their own packages based on their hourly rate and specific services they offer. Those packages can only be used with that specific consultant.
Some consultants may offer discounted services/create specific packages just for you. Please message them individually to find out more.
Consultant profiles mention all the important information about themselves including their education, work experience, and schools they were accepted to. Some consultants may mention their success rate as well but we have no way of confirming that it is in fact their success rate. Students do get to review their consultants so please pay attention to their reviews!
Each consultant has their "typically replies in…" displayed in their profile to help you get a sense of their average reply speed.
Yes! Each consultant is verified through a careful process of reviewing their government IDs. Even if a consultant chooses to not upload a profile picture, we still ensure the same verification process.
Yes- the process of refunding the services of a package, whether used or unused, is outlined in our refund policy stated in the "Terms and Conditions" page
Our terms and conditions dictate that all communication and exchange of materials between students and consultants must take place within the platform. Any outside communication (emails, text, phone calls etc.) is strictly prohibited. Consultants may get kicked out and financially penalized with the potential for legal action if this takes place and we won't be able to ensure that students receive their services and that their private information and application material is protected.
The website is for any academic level! University students typically use our services to apply for professional schools (e.g. medical school) but high-school students use our services to help with their college and university applications as well as tutoring.
