Hi! I’m Samiha, a 2nd year medical student who took a non-linear path to acceptance, interviewing across three application cycles before getting in. That experience gave me a rare advantage: I learned not just how to improve answers, but why certain answers work and others fall flat.
Across multiple cycles, my written applications consistently earned interviews, confirming that my essays and activity descriptions effectively communicated my story. Where I initially struggled was converting interviews into offers—until I identified the missing pieces and developed a structured, repeatable approach to interview preparation.
For the past year, I’ve been mentoring applicants, and in the most recent cycle I helped three students gain acceptance to Ontario medical schools. I now support applicants at both stages of the process—editing essays so their narratives are clear, authentic, and compelling, and coaching interviews using flexible answer frameworks that allow applicants to adapt confidently to the wide range of questions asked.
My approach emphasizes using a formula for your experiences, tailoring them for each and every "category" of question you could get, rather than memorized scripts. I’m especially helpful for applicants who are getting interviews but not offers, want their written and spoken narratives to align seamlessly, or are looking for targeted, high-yield feedback. My goal is to help you present the strongest, most cohesive version of yourself—on paper and in person.
