Hi! My name is Roland, and I am a 2L at the University of Virginia, with offers from University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan, and Duke as well. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate degree in Political Science at University of Pittsburgh, graduating magna cum laude. I have a variety of experiences involving mentorship, especially with resume and personal statement building, interviewing skills, as well as application processes. I applied to 5 Law schools and was accepted into four!

I have been working as a research assistant for a professor for the past several months. Additionally, being in the Army Reserves, former ROTC and a URM has given me a different perspective on the application process. Outside of law, I really enjoy reading, gaming, and hiking.

I received a lot of mentorship from law students throughout my application process, which I believe contributed to my success. As a result, I'm super enthusiastic about providing mentorship and support for application editing, interview prep, and other general consultations such as undergrad workload and graduate program applications.

I've been lucky to be able to mentor students with their applications and interviews and I am extremely grateful to see many of them obtain their acceptance!

In the past cycle (2023-2024), I helped 2 students get into UVA, 2 students into Georgetown, 1 student into Duke.
