Greetings, my name is Robert Masi, and I’m a 2nd year medical student at Harvard Medical School. I took many turns on my humanities-based path to med school and have developed a deep love for mentorship. I majored in piano at my liberal arts undergrad institution and thought I might enter the music scene. When I decided on medicine, I needed much guidance to make this pivot and thus learned what great mentorship looks like.

My philosophy surrounding applications is that everyone has a personal narrative waiting to be unlocked. Your wealth of varied experiences, your academic and personal passions, and your relationships all summate into your unique person. My goal is to help you tap into this narrative, forming a lens through which you can answer any essay or interview question confidently, adding coherently to your overall application. After all, the best applicant is one who is memorable to the admissions committee.
I offer a wide variety of services centered around this philosophy. I can do asynchronous or live edits to writing. I offer mock interviews. I am also happy to give general coaching and advice for any stage of the application.
