During my undergraduate years, I mentored several first-year students as they adapted to university life, navigated academic and personal challenges, and prepared applications. In addition to mentoring, I have always been interested in research and am grateful to have participated in summer research programs at both UofT and Queen’s.
In my fourth-year, I remember feeling really stressed about not having enough connections to people who could help review and strengthen my application to Canadian medical schools. Since I only applied to a few schools, I felt a lot of pressure to make sure my application stood out through my activities and essays. I got a lot of support from mentors on Accepted Together and they deeply supported me with getting an interview invite and ultimately my acceptance to UofT. I would be very excited to help support you and your application in any way this year. Please feel free to reach out to me if you want any general advice or would like to book a session for specific ABS or UofT BPE editing.
