In my first application cycle, I received 3 interviews (UBC, UofT, Queen’s), was accepted OOP to UofT, and waitlisted at UBC (IP). I have had successful experiences with the NAQ/ABS, UofT essays, and MMI/vMPI interviews.

What I found particularly helpful is adding structure to your answers according to different question types, tie to CanMED roles if needed, and incorporating personal examples to create a clear, “algorithmized” approach.
