Hey future Doc! I'm Max, and man, I remember being exactly where you are right now. It feels like just yesterday I was grinding through more than 80 sessions with mentors, sharpening my interviewing skills, application editing, Casper prep, and personal statement editing until they really shone.

I gathered up all that feedback, plus a huge range of questions you might face on interview day, and I dove deep into studying and learning from every bit of it. Thanks to those sessions and my habit of jotting down detailed notes on the feedback, I landed two acceptances at Queen's and Dalhousie, plus a waitlist at UBC, all in my very first try. What a thrill that was!
From each mentor, I picked up at least one great thing that stuck with me so deeply, I thought to myself, if I'm ever lucky enough to become a mentor one day, I'm definitely going to weave those gems into my own teaching. I especially loved the ones who would copy their written feedback right into the chat for the interview prep and Casper prep. It made everything so much easier for me to go back and absorb it without rushing.
That's why I'm excited to do the same for you. I want to make your prep smoother, help ease that stress we all feel, and give you real time to read and reflect on the insights. Let's make this journey awesome together!
