I'm in my third year of the Doctor of Dental Surgery Program at the University of Toronto but I was also accepted to Western University. I'm well-versed in building a successful application to Ontario dental schools and I'd love to guide aspiring dental students through the rigorous admissions process. I have also helped students gain admission to dentistry programs at UofAlberta, UofManitoba, the University of Western Australia and various American schools.
During my undergraduate degree at McMaster University, I worked in a mentorship role offering 1-on-1 guidance and support to first-year students navigating the complexities of higher education. I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges students face and how to help them succeed. I was also a senior research editor for a youth STEM journal for nearly three years, so I have plenty of experience critically evaluating and providing constructive feedback in a way that truly seeks to help and empower you.
There's so much I've learned on my journey to dental school and I'd love to share my insight with you. Life Sciences Coordinating Research Editor - Youth STEM Matters
Youth STEM Matters provides a platform for youth to share their research, innovations and ideas in science, technology, engineering and math with the world. In my time as a volunteer, I was responsible for critically evaluating scientific literature manuscripts based on structure and quality to make an editorial decision for the journal. I also worked closely to guide authors through the peer-review process and provided constructive feedback to help improve their work.

As an ambassador of the Student Affairs Division and McMaster University, my role as an Archway Mentor involved supporting a community of first-year students through their transition to post-secondary education.
