My name is Bilal, and I’m a second-year medical student at the University of Toronto. Over the past two years, I’ve helped students gain admission to medical, dental, veterinary, OT, and PT programs across Canada and the U.S.

I had an amazing tutoring session experience with Bilal for going over my entries and essays for med school applications. He was very helpful and thorough in reviewing my application to assess the strengths and weaknesses for each of my entry. In doing so, I was able to better understand how to write my entries and translated to my other med school applications. Bilal was very kind and shared how he wrote his entries, while encouraging me to be more open about sharing experiences that I had doubts about. He was invaluable throughout the editing process of my essays and activities, providing very insightful feedback that I used to strengthen my writing. He even adapted to my short-notice schedule, which I really appreciated! Bilal is AMAZING! He thoroughly reviewed my essay, implemented thoughtful and insightful edits, and even went over the edits I implemented once more to make sure everything looked good. His asynchronous and synchronous feedback was very detailed and provided me multiple examples I could use in my writing to add more depth. He even connected me with other current medical students to review other aspects of my application, which I really appreciated.
