Hello everyone! My name is Ayo and I'm a 1^st-year Neurology resident at the University of Calgary.

Being raised in Toronto, I completed my medical school as an Out of Province student at Dalhousie University. I'm passionate about bridging the gap in access to application resources and providing students with the information and skills that will help them become a medical student one day.

An adage I strongly believe in says, “No one can tell your story better than you can.” During my application process, this quote helped me develop a strong sense of introspection and identify how my personality, academic experiences and community involvements made me an ideal medical student. We all come from different backgrounds that have made us the people we are today; taking the time to dissect and understand how my experiences have led to my growth and development was a useful skill that helped me succeed as a medical school applicant.
