Hi! I’m Amitesh, and I recently completed the 2024–2025 medical school admissions cycle and want to share what I’ve learned to help others navigate the process with confidence. Through this journey, I was fortunate to receive 18 interview invitations and over $685,000 in merit scholarships, which gave me valuable insight into what makes an application stand out.

Before medical school, I studied Neuroscience at Duke University, with minors in Music and Chemistry. I graduated with Distinction after conducting research in pediatric epilepsy and sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP). One of my most meaningful experiences at Duke was playing piano in the jazz ensemble—it reminded me to stay grounded and creative, even during busy times.
In my experience, the strongest applications are those that reflect an applicant’s authentic voice and clearly connect their experiences to their goals in medicine. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or preparing for interviews, I’d love to support you in crafting a thoughtful, compelling application—through your activities, personal statement, secondary essays, and interviews.
I offer free initial consultations, so please feel free to reach out to set up a meeting with me.
